I’ve just read a great article that is a prime example of this. Titled, This is the end of the office as we know it, it paints a forecast of office work in the future. Maybe it’s right, maybe it’s not. But given that forecast, it gets our minds thinking about all the implications of that future. For our clients in real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, built-world environmental consulting and janitorial this has obvious implications. Every one of you should do this same exercise surrounding your industry/customer set to see what emerges as a powerful opportunity for the future.

We must all pace ourselves. While there are tons of hidden opportunities and dangers ahead, we must all proceed at a sustainable pace as leaders.  It’s only been 5 weeks since my region went on lockdown (March 16th). It seems so much longer!
